Application Instructions:

Please fill out the fields accurately.

Please attach copies of 7th and 8th grade Report Cards as well as all 7th and 8th grade Standardized Test Reports using the upload form at the bottom of the page.

The Principal Evaluation Form should be completed by your son’s elementary/middle school principal.

Please send a $50 check made out to Yeshiva and Mesivta of Greater Philadelphia to 8201 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19152, to cover the application fee.

The application deadline is December 23rd.
